By using GR8Date and submitting this information, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure, storage, and processing of that information as described in this Privacy Policy and as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, moderate, and operate the Service.
3. How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information to:

- improve platform functionality, security, performance, and user experience;
- comply with legal obligations and lawful requests.
4. Age Verification and Agemin
GR8Date uses Agemin to support selfie-based age verification. When you complete verification, Agemin may collect and process information directly from you for verification purposes.
Information processed by Agemin may include selfie images, facial analysis information, liveness information, session information, age verification results, device information, and technical metadata.
GR8Date receives and stores limited verification outcome information, such as whether verification was started, passed, failed, cancelled, or completed, along with relevant timestamps and session references.
We use this information to:
- confirm whether a user is eligible to access the adults-only Service;
- prevent minors from using the platform;
- support account approval and moderation;
- maintain safety and compliance records;
- investigate attempts to bypass verification.
5. Disclosure to Third Parties
We may disclose limited personal information to third-party providers where reasonably necessary to operate, secure, verify, maintain, or improve the Service.
These providers may include:
- age verification providers, including Agemin;
- social login providers, including Google (for Google sign-in);
- hosting and infrastructure providers;
- email delivery services, including Brevo;
- analytics and logging services;
- security, fraud detection, and bot-detection tools;
- professional advisers, such as lawyers, accountants, or technical consultants;
- law enforcement, regulators, courts, or government authorities where required or permitted by law.
We seek to share only the information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.
6. Overseas Disclosure
Some service providers may store or process information outside Australia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure personal information is handled securely and consistently with applicable privacy obligations.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We may use cookies, sessions, local storage, pixels, logs, and similar technologies to keep users logged in, remember preferences, protect accounts and prevent misuse, analyse site performance, understand how the Service is used, and support security and fraud prevention. You may control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling cookies may affect platform functionality.
8. Messages and Moderation
Messages and user interactions are generally private between users, but GR8Date may access, review, preserve, or disclose communications where reasonably necessary to investigate reports or complaints, detect abuse, threats, scams, harassment, fraud, or illegal activity, enforce our Terms, protect users, administrators, staff, systems, or the public, or comply with legal obligations. Access to such information is limited to authorised administrators, staff, technical personnel, or service providers who need access for a legitimate purpose.
9. Private Photos and Private Vault
If you upload private photos to your vault, those photos are stored by GR8Date and shown only to members you specifically approve. All vault photos are reviewed by GR8Date administrators before becoming visible to other members.
When a member is granted access to view your vault, images are dynamically watermarked with that member's username, GR8Date branding, and the date and time of access. This watermark deters unauthorised copying and allows us to trace any content leaked outside the platform.
You should understand that no system can fully prevent another user from screenshotting or recording content once access is granted. You are responsible for deciding what content you upload and who you allow to view it.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organisational measures to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. These include password hashing, access controls, admin-only permissions, server-side approval checks, secure hosting, activity logging, file upload restrictions, dynamic watermarking of private vault images, and monitoring for suspicious behaviour. No system is completely secure — you use the Service acknowledging this risk.
11. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain accounts, support safety, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms. Deleted accounts may retain limited records where required for legal, safety, audit, or abuse-prevention purposes.
12. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account or personal information by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity first. We may refuse, delay, or limit deletion where retention is reasonably necessary for legal compliance, safety, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or other legitimate purposes.
13. Access and Correction
You may request access to personal information we hold about you or ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant, or misleading. We may refuse access or correction in limited circumstances permitted by law.
14. Marketing Communications
We may send account-related emails, verification emails, profile reminders, approval notices, safety notices, administrative messages, and service updates. If we send optional marketing communications, you may opt out where required by law. You may still receive essential service, safety, verification, or account-related messages.
15. Children and Minors
GR8Date is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly allow minors to use the Service. If we become aware that a person under 18 has created an account or submitted information, we may suspend or delete the account and take steps to remove or restrict related information, subject to safety and legal requirements.
16. Reports, Safety, and Law Enforcement
Where we receive reports of abuse, threats, scams, exploitation, illegal activity, or serious safety concerns, we may preserve and disclose relevant information to appropriate authorities, legal advisers, platform providers, or affected parties where permitted or required by law.
17. Business Transfers
If GR8Date is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructure, sale, transfer, financing, or business transition, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal protections.
18. Links to Other Websites
The Service may include links to third-party websites, services, or resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, policies, or security of third-party sites.
19. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after an updated policy is posted means you acknowledge the updated policy.
