Terms and Conditions

Welcome to GR8Date ("GR8Date", "we", "us", "our"), operated by All Aces Australia Pty Ltd. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GR8Date website, platform, profiles, messaging features, age verification process, administrative review systems, and any related services we provide (together, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing the Service, uploading content, completing age verification, browsing profiles, communicating with other users, or otherwise using GR8Date, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Age Requirement

GR8Date is strictly for adults aged 18 years and over.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, all information you provide is accurate and not misleading, you are using the Service for lawful personal purposes only, and you are not prohibited by law from using dating, social, or communication services.

If we believe you are under 18, have misrepresented your age, or have attempted to bypass verification, we may suspend or permanently terminate your account.

2. Age Verification and Agemin

GR8Date uses Agemin, a third-party age verification provider, to confirm that users are over 18 before full platform access is granted.

By using GR8Date, you agree that:

• you are required to complete age verification before accessing member features;
• age verification uses selfie-based facial analysis and liveness detection technology — no government-issued ID is required or collected by GR8Date;
• verification is provided by Agemin and is subject to Agemin's own terms, privacy policy, and processing practices;
• failure, refusal, cancellation, or inability to complete selfie age verification will result in restricted access, profile non-approval, or account removal;
• verification status is recorded by GR8Date for compliance, safety, and account approval purposes.

Age verification reduces risk but does not guarantee that a user is honest, safe, trustworthy, compatible, or accurately represented.

3. Account Creation, Approval, and Access

Creating an account does not automatically grant full access. GR8Date requires email verification or Google account sign-in, profile completion, profile photo upload, selfie age verification via Agemin, and admin review and approval.

We may approve, reject, request changes to, suspend, or remove any profile at our discretion without being required to explain every decision.

4. Social Login

GR8Date offers the option to sign in or register using your Google account. By choosing Google sign-in, you authorise GR8Date to receive your name, email address, and Google account identifier for the purpose of creating or accessing your GR8Date account. GR8Date does not receive or store your Google password. You may use email and password login as an alternative at any time.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to use a secure password if using email login, not share your account, notify us if you suspect unauthorised access, and keep your email address accurate and accessible.

6. User Content

By submitting User Content, you grant GR8Date a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, moderate, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, protect, and improve the Service.

You must not upload or submit content that is false, misleading, or impersonates another person; depicts or involves minors; contains hate speech, threats, harassment, or discriminatory content; infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy rights; contains malware, spam, scams, or phishing content; encourages violence, self-harm, exploitation, or illegal conduct; or contains explicit sexual content in public profile areas — see Section 7 for private vault rules.

7. Private Vault

GR8Date provides a private vault feature allowing members to upload private photos not visible on their public profile. Private vault photos display as blurred thumbnails until the photo owner explicitly grants access.

Rules for private vault content:

• all vault uploads are reviewed and approved by GR8Date administrators before becoming available;
• tasteful adult content (including implied or partial nudity) may be permitted at administrator discretion;
• explicit sexual acts, content involving minors, non-consensual imagery, or content that breaches applicable law is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination;
• only premium members may request access to another member's private vault;
• approved vault access expires after 72 hours and re-locks automatically;
• all vault images viewed are dynamically watermarked with the viewer's username, GR8Date branding, and date and time of access;
• sharing, distributing, screenshotting, or redistributing private vault images outside GR8Date is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent account termination;
• watermarks identify the viewer — leaked vault content is fully traceable and may be subject to legal action.

8. Membership Tiers and Subscriptions

GR8Date offers a free membership tier and a paid premium membership tier billed monthly, with gender-based pricing displayed on the membership page.

By purchasing a premium membership, you agree that:

• payment is processed by Stripe — GR8Date does not store your card details;
• subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled;
• cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period;
• if you cancel because of price, a one-time 50% discount offer for one month may be presented — available once per account, ever;
• refunds are not provided except where required by Australian Consumer Law;
• weekend boost add-ons ($9.99 per weekend) are non-refundable once booked, regardless of whether the boost period has commenced;
• GR8Date may change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Safe Messaging

GR8Date automatically scans message content for personal contact details including phone numbers, email addresses, and social media handles. Messages containing such content may be flagged for administrator review. Repeated attempts to direct users off-platform may result in messaging restrictions or account suspension.

10. Profile Accuracy and Changes

Your profile information must be truthful, current, and not misleading. GR8Date may require admin approval for profile changes and may hold changes for review, restore previously approved content, or remove the account if changes affect safety or community standards.

11. User Conduct and Prohibited Behaviour

You agree not to use GR8Date to harass, threaten, abuse, stalk, or pressure another person; send unsolicited sexual messages or offensive content; engage in scams, fraud, romance fraud, phishing, blackmail, or financial manipulation; request money, gifts, banking details, or identity documents from other users; promote prostitution, escorting, trafficking, or unlawful adult arrangements; use the platform for commercial advertising without written permission; impersonate another person or create fake profiles; create multiple accounts to bypass moderation or verification; scrape, harvest, or automate access to platform content; or attempt to bypass age verification, approval controls, or security systems.

12. Dating Safety and User Responsibility

Online dating involves risk. GR8Date provides tools intended to improve safety, but we cannot guarantee that every user is safe, honest, or acting in good faith. You are responsible for your own safety when deciding whether to share personal information, communicate outside the platform, meet another person in real life, or enter into any personal or financial arrangement.

We strongly recommend meeting in public places, telling someone you trust where you are going, and reporting suspicious behaviour.

13. No Background Checks

GR8Date does not conduct criminal history checks, background checks, identity document checks, or relationship status checks on users. Selfie age verification confirms approximate age only and is not a background check.

14. Reporting, Enforcement, and Moderation

Users may report behaviour that appears unsafe, abusive, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms. Enforcement actions may include warnings, content removal, profile change requests, temporary restrictions, account suspension, permanent account termination, or referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

15. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control.

16. Third-Party Services

GR8Date relies on third-party providers including Agemin (selfie age verification), Google (optional social sign-in), Stripe (payment processing), Brevo (email delivery), and hosting and infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, errors, or failures except where required by law.

17. Intellectual Property

GR8Date, including its name, branding, logos, layouts, software, design, text, systems, and platform features, is owned by or licensed to All Aces Australia Pty Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, scrape, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

18. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that you will meet anyone, that users are honest or compatible, that user content is accurate, that verification will detect every false or unsafe user, or that interactions will be safe or satisfactory.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GR8Date and All Aces Australia Pty Ltd are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic loss arising from your use of the Service, your interactions with other users, offline meetings or arrangements, false or abusive user conduct, user-generated content, third-party services, unauthorised access, data loss, or account suspension, moderation, rejection, or termination.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

20. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GR8Date and All Aces Australia Pty Ltd from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal fees arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, your User Content, your interactions with other users, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

21. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have breached these Terms, created risk for others, failed verification, provided false information, or misused the platform. If you are a premium subscriber and your account is terminated for breach of these Terms, no refund will be provided for any unused subscription period.

22. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

24. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree that courts located in New South Wales, Australia will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service.
